- All tags, labels, and accessories are intact

The following items are non-returnable:
- Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling
- Products without original packaging
- Sale or clearance items (unless damaged or incorrect)
- Products returned after the allowed time period
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return

4. Refund Policy
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
- Refunds are issued via:
- Bank transfer
- Easypaisa / JazzCash
- Original payment method (where applicable)
Note: Delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
5. Replacement Policy
- If an item is damaged or incorrect, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund
- Replacement delivery time depends on product availability
6. Shipping Costs for Returns
- If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged item), we will bear the return shipping cost
- If the return is due to customer preference, the customer will bear shipping charges
7. Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be canceled before dispatch
- Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
